On July 5, 2012 Royal Thai Marines received first of two upgraded AAVP-7 amphibious assault vehicle (the Alligator).
Repair and improvement of the Alligator provided by Chaiseri. The first of two units to be tested for use on land and in water to meet the highest performance in the unit.
Royal Thai Marines operates 36 AAV-7 series amphibious assault vehicle from U.S., consist of AAVP-7A1, AAVR-7A1, and AAVC-7A1.
